The Saturday buffet worked really well, and I enjoyed it. Friday's menu breakfast was much slower since everyone ordered different dishes around the same time. I'd stick with the buffet. Parking was another hassle: there aren't many spaces reserved for the hotel, so during the day we had to leave the car far away and haul our bags to reception. The family-room setup didn't meet our expectations. It's two small single rooms joined by a door, packed with furniture and leaving little room for children. Once a baby bed was added, the room was completely blocked. The furniture and decorative pieces also seemed unsafe for kids, as things could hurt them or fall on them. Having the washbasin inside the room wasn't comfortable either. The hotel is fine for one person or a couple staying one night, but I don't think it should offer this as a family room.

It's a great spot for the price, with the Old Town about a 15-minute walk away. The nearby streets are less touristy and have good cafés and services, including beauty salons. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the staff are lovely.

The food was a highlight: it was presented nicely and tasted good. I also liked the hotel's design, food, and atmosphere as a whole. Rooms are clean, stylish, and extravagant, with all the essentials, plus a free welcome craft beer and small souvenirs. The hotel's craft beer is worth trying, and there are books about Ukraine for sale at reception. We did have trouble with the soundproofing. We could hear a neighbor's dog barking loudly and conversations from the next room. Service was poor too.

The a la carte breakfast tastes good, and the modern rooms are comfortable. Reception, though, was slow and poor. The staff weren't helpful or professional.
