The small rooftop terrace has a lovely view, especially around sunset, and makes for a quiet pause. The hotel itself has warm wooden details and a distinct Lviv elegance, with a calm, almost noble feel. It's right in the historic center, with local cafés just steps away. Cleanliness could have been a little better, but the atmosphere was welcoming, and the receptionist made a lovely first impression.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with everything we needed, but they were cold. The location is a plus, in the city center near the architectural monuments, though finding the correct entrance takes some effort. There are no instructions, and reception is on the fourth floor, reached by what feels like endless stairs. With a big suitcase or lots of bags, getting everything up is exhausting, and don't expect help. The hostess didn't return our greeting, and her expression looked, to put it mildly, displeased. With not even a hint of friendliness, we won't stay here again. We left uncomfortable and with a bad feeling.

I spent the weekend in Lviv and stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean, and the soft, comfortable mattress and warm blanket made for a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and the prices are reasonable. Thank you, we'll come back next time!

The place was clean and nice, though the renovation clearly isn't fresh anymore. We arrived late at night and the young woman at reception wasn't very pleasant. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage up the wooden stairs is difficult.
