I only planned to stay one day and didn't expect much for the price, but the experience was awful. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. He just handed over the keys without explaining anything, and when I asked about the lunch area or lockers, I couldn't get a proper answer. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't want your mood ruined.

I stayed at this guesthouse for about two weeks. It's affordable and seems to maintain a very high standard, not just in Lviv but across Ukraine. But the Wi-Fi inside was extremely weak and unstable, unusable really, and mobile reception was so poor that I'd avoid relying on calls. If you need Wi-Fi, I wouldn't recommend it. They change the bedsheets every five days, and replacing a bath towel costs extra. Slippers are free, and the washing machine costs 100 hryvnias to use. There's no dryer, but the shared kitchen has appliances including a microwave and refrigerators. The worst part was a group of Turkish guys living there long-term who arrogantly harassed and hit on Ukrainian women every day. It was vile and repulsive. Some "thirsty Ukrainian girls" flirted back, which seemed to inflate the men's already bloated egos. What felt truly despicable was the young male staff standing by and watching with jealous looks, staying silent like "decorative staff with no backbone". Poor boys...🤪 If they aren't confident enough to stand up for the women against these creepy Turkish guys, they should stop hanging around doing nothing, go to the front line, fight the Russians, and prove themselves for their country👋

The staff are nice, and they'll even help if you want to learn Ukrainian. Not everyone speaks fluent English, but there's always someone who does during the day. The internet speed really depends on where you are in the hotel, and some capsules have beds that can feel a bit hard. There's a grocery store on the other side of the building and a larger Silpo across the main street. It's a really cheap place, especially for Lviv, and with so many people around, it's easy to make new friends. I liked it a lot. Laundry and drying are upstairs for 100 UAH, much cheaper than the nearby self-service laundry.

I stayed in a capsule, which was perfectly clean and well kept. The shared facilities were clean too, with upkeep every day. I tried several meals, and they were all delicious and prepared perfectly. The reception and cafe staff were kind and extremely helpful with what I needed, and the chefs deserve my compliments 👨‍🍳. As a volunteer working in Ukraine with little money, this place is perfect for me. I'll come back whenever I'm in Lyviv. Special thanks to Marina, Inna, Nastia and Alina. 😇🥰
