Hotel & SPA Restaurant Pysanka

It’s a peaceful spot, yet the main attractions are still walkable from here. The facilities are great, and the staff always do their best to help.

I was glad I’d booked just one night. The bed cover had hair and crumbs all over it and looked like it hadn’t been washed for months. We called reception, and they were very rude about it, though they did eventually replace the covers. I wouldn’t pick this hotel for my next stay.

They left us waiting for more than two hours, and the manager never came out to talk to us. The whole operation felt shady, and the place was odd and hard to find. The advertised room and price changed when they emailed, not called, about an hour before check-in to say there’d been a “mistake.” They wanted at least eight times the price for an even worse room. Since I’d only learned this after paying for an expensive taxi from the airport, I’d have gladly stayed somewhere closer to the airport if the price hadn’t been advertised falsely.

I liked that the spa came with the room price. It was a great place to unwind after travelling and before heading out. The staff were good and the room was okay, but it’s a long way from the city center, and restaurant music might bother you in the evening.
