Jam Lviv Hotel

Breakfast was included in the stay, with no extra fee, and the food and room service were great. Staff can speak both Ukrainian and English, and if you’re visiting as a tourist and need help, they’ll help you out. Pets are welcome too, as long as they have their own passport and all their vaccines.

My room was small but cozy and smelled nice, and the price felt more than fair for what you get. Breakfast was made fresh and brought to our table after we filled in a short form with what we wanted. The staff really stood out to me. Everyone seemed friendly and honest, and they were very helpful. If I’m ever back in Lviv, I’d like to stay at this charming little hotel again.

There’s no elevator, which can be a problem with heavy luggage, and the walls are thin, so light sleepers might find that difficult. Still, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the hotel is in a lively part of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything was fresh. The Wi-Fi was very good too, with an easy login and a great connection.

Breakfast is made to order and quite good, and the staff are kind and speak English. The hotel is very hard to find, though. There’s only a sign in Cyrillic down a dark alley, and you can barely make it out without walking in a bit. Better signage and more insulation to keep the place warmer and cut down on noise could easily bring it to five stars.
