I was freezing in the room. I checked in on 12/25 at 8:00 and left on 12/25 at 2:00. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on for heat, and I didn't get my money back, even though they charged 1000 hryvnias at the holiday rate.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are three reception shifts: one is okay, another always wants cash only, and the third, the blonde, always seems unhappy about something.
I stay here regularly and like everything about it. Very nice hotel, with really polite staff.
Not far from the city center, and a cozy place with polite service. The price and quality make it the best hotel.
