Breakfast had plenty of choices, and everything tasted good. The location was convenient for the old city, train station, and airport. My room was very clean, with air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, a nice shower, a fridge, and even a balcony. I was especially pleased with how attentive the staff were and how readily they helped with anything I needed. I was truly delighted and would recommend it to friends. I'll definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. It's in a nice, quiet location, and we had a tasty Ukranian dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The bar area gets chaotic, though the food is good and the prices are good too. Breakfast was great, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. I left a sign asking for my room to be cleaned, but it was ignored. It took three days to get a TV remote. It's a handsome hotel.

The hotel was really noisy, with no sound insulation, and the TV was old. There was a bad smell throughout the place, maybe they don't know about perfume :). They didn't provide a kettle, cups, coffee, or tea, just water, and even when I asked for a kettle, they never brought one. It wasn't worth the cost. This was the worst hotel I've seen in Ukraine.

My room had an issue, but the staff fixed it quickly. Reception were friendly and very helpful, and the team were professional and made sure guests had a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Highly recommend, and I'd visit again.
