Opera House Apartment 1

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and responsive, called ahead to confirm our arrival time, and let us check in a little early because the room was ready. We were given a warm welcome and shown to the apartment. The location is very convenient, one minute from the opera house and five minutes from Rynok Square. We loved the place: it had an interesting design and was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a sofa and TV downstairs, including a wide selection of satellite channels, and the bed upstairs. The renovation was done well and seemed quite recent, as the room was new. There was a private kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, electric stove, and dishes, all clean and in excellent condition. The plumbing was new and high quality, and there was hot water. Wi-Fi was fast. The room also had a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

The courtyard was quiet, the staff were friendly, and there’s a supermarket close by. It’s also near the center, and everything inside is compact and convenient, as well as clean and tidy. You can park nearby in a private lot for an extra fee. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. The main drawbacks were no air conditioning and no stair handrails, which made things awkward with small children.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was clean, there was always hot water, and the center was just a three-minute walk away. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby too.

We did manage to sort things out eventually, but checking in took a little effort. The apartment manager only spoke Ukrainian, so we had some trouble communicating at first.
