The beds were good and everything was clean, and most of the staff were great. One employee spent much of her time with a friend and didn't do much. When I asked about switching to the green room, she said it was full, though it wasn't, so I ended up in a dorm bed instead. I also needed help carrying my luggage from the fifth floor to the fourth because my legs were hurting, but she wouldn't help. There's no lift. Another guest spent around 10 hours a day banging on the table while playing a game, so we couldn't use it or even eat upstairs for 10 minutes. This place deserves five stars, but those things got in the way.

The administrators were really friendly, and the apartments felt fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable, too. There are two toilet rooms, one on each of the first and second floors. You can buy slippers for 20 UAH and wash them for 50, which I thought was good. I'd definitely come back.

For 6 euros, this was the best value I've found in a hostel. Each bed has a clean, comfy shutter, and there's a big locker for each person in the room. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub, hair dryer, and leftover soap. There are two equipped kitchens, plus free coffee, tea, and leftover food. A few more kitchen utensils would've been nice, but that's a small thing. Everything was clean.

Cheap and comfortable, a good spot for a couple of days.
