We could walk to the Oldtown, the Opera, and pretty much anything we needed within minutes. At the RIUS Hotel, our Junior Suite was spacious and looked out over the roofs of Lviv Opera and Oldtown. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and housekeeping did an excellent job. There’s a safe room downstairs if you need one, and the doorman at the front gate helped the place feel secure. The bathroom was great too, though there was nowhere to put the shower handle while showering.

The location at the Rius Hotel is good, and having parking is a real plus. But the towels were “the color of the soil,” which felt unexpected and offensive. I hope the hotel administration takes this into account. Thanks.

Traveling alone as a woman, I felt secure here. There’s a security guard at the front desk around the clock, and you need a key to use the elevator. The reception staff were always smiling, polite, friendly, and ready to help with questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel feels modern and open. I love this place, probably the best hotel in Lviv, and would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious, clean, and elegant, with a good view, and it wasn’t too far from the main square. The bathroom was a little small, with a shower instead of a tub, which seems typical for Europe. The shower was smaller than in other hotels I’ve stayed at in Ukraine, though.

The breakfast tasted good, though the process for ordering it was a bit complicated. Everything else was nice: the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and quickly sorted out a small room issue by moving us to another room of the same quality.
