Good spot if you just need somewhere basic and inexpensive. If you book online, they require payment in advance. To get in, press Button 1 on the intercom to the left.

For the price, it works if you want to be near the center, have your own bathroom and skip a hostel. The room was small but had everything we expected, including hot water, enough towels and free WiFi. It wasn't clean enough, though, we had a whole spider family living there, and the bed wasn't kind to my back. A solid 3 out of 5, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

When we got to the room, there was a hair on the bed and an empty condom packet on the bedside table. We asked the woman at the desk to clean it up, but she did nothing. One of the concierge staff was rude and unpleasant too. Stay away.

The reception staff were nice, at least, but the place itself was dirty, noisy and uncomfortable. Avoid it.

Right in central Lviv, and the staff were really nice and helpful. A great hotel.
