I’d called a lot of hotels on the way back from a business trip before finding a room here. Administrator Yulia quickly answered all the questions I had, and I especially appreciated the dinner even though we were late. It’s a very nice hotel with a caring administrator. We continued our journey the next day after breakfast. I recommend it.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with a location in Lviv that couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the stay and would happily come back. A little more attention to details would help it earn a five star rating, though. The coffee could be better, and the coffee machine could be bigger.

This was my second stay, and I’ll be back again. The central location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are so friendly and happy to do a little extra. Breakfast was very nice too.

The hotel sits right in the old town, and it’s a cozy, pleasant place with very friendly staff who speak English. Guests get a special discount at the restaurant and wine shop in the hotel. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast, and the wine shop is nice to have. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be difficult because traffic is restricted around the hotel.
