The walls between apartments are so thin you can hear every word the neighbors say. The building may be new, but the construction quality is so bad it looks 50 years old.

The building feels like an architecture faculty thesis that looked fine on paper but is already falling apart in practice. The elevators barely work. When they do, they go to the 11th floor, and can take you along even if you aren’t going up. The entrances are terrible, too. The parking level, called the “ground floor,” is dark like a horror movie. Elevator exits are right beside parking spaces, with no marked walkway. If cars are parked there, it can be impossible to carry something through, and a wheelchair simply can’t get through. All the utilities run along the ceiling, so if a sewer pipe leaks, it drips directly onto the parked cars. There are also lots of questions about the OSBB, but that’s a separate matter.
The balconies are an incredible plus, almost like another apartment. They’re so huge you can make all sorts of things out of them, including a real patio area. We rented in entrance Zh, with windows facing the High Castle, which was a lovely bonus for watching the moon dance around the tower and catching the dawn. I’m rating this as someone who lived there in a rented apartment. The location, infrastructure, and engineering solutions inside and out are clear advantages. But there are some things to know, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five. The address doesn’t show up on Google Maps or other maps, making things harder for nonlocals and delivery services. Parking is a major problem, as I understand it. The walls are extremely thin and poorly thought out. One morning I woke up thinking a radio was on in our room, but it turned out a repair crew was working behind the neighbors’ wall. The radio was at more than a normal volume, but the walls...
It’s a chic complex with a good mix of location, transport, and infrastructure. It’s near the center with a view of the high castle, and Auchan and forum are close by. There are cycle paths, public transport, Chornovola Avenue, and the tram on Zamarstynivska. The design has won many architecture awards. A few downsides: the garbage bins are temporarily in a bad spot, more than half the apartments are rented out, and some foreign neighbors have a low level of culture.
Everything else is fine, but neighbor Konstantin loudly says bad things to neighbor Vladislav, and the two of them drink.
