We stayed at this hostel as a large group for 10 days, and the rooms were never cleaned. The shower rooms felt archaic and the standard was very low. The service staff don’t speak even basic foreign languages, either. The manager was aggressive and uneducated. She yelled that electrical outlets had been torn out in the rooms, even though they were already torn out. I’ve travelled a lot and never experienced that kind of aggression. I don’t understand how such incompetent workers can be hired. I strongly don’t recommend this terrible hostel.

The room was clean, and I can’t fault that. But the experience was completely terrible. The Wi-Fi wasn’t usable, and the place is expensive for what you get, especially when there are much better and cheaper hostels in Lviv. The hosts were extremely unfriendly, and getting into the building felt like an interrogation. The shower room is shared and not the worst, though there are sometimes children staying at the hostel. There are far too few power outlets in the rooms, so you might get lucky, but probably won’t. If you leave your phone charging in the common room, the host lady gets upset. Use this only as a last resort, unless you don’t like hospitality.

The bedding and towels were old, and noise from neighbours and businesses was awful. The music was so loud that even earplugs didn’t block it out. The place is on the fourth floor, and the elevator doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t come back myself. Only consider it if it’s your last and only option.
