The rooms were clean and roomy, and I’d book here again without hesitation. We hadn’t realized it was a Jewish hotel, but as two atheists we were welcomed warmly. We paid extra for meals and, having never tried kosher food, were pleasantly surprised by how tasty and generous everything was, including the salad bar. At breakfast the next morning, the owner told us about Jewish traditions and food. He said he brings many ingredients in from Israel because Ukrainian produce can be poor quality.

We were taken to Choshen hotel, their partner, for a delicious Israeli-style meal with lots of salads. Afterward, there was a lovely hot, clean mikva. The staff were very friendly and did all they could to help, and our room was nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting during the year.

The mikva was the highlight, easily the best in Uman. I’d be glad to have one this nice back in the States, too. I stayed here for a day in January 2020 and found it beautiful and relaxing, with clean facilities and helpful, friendly staff.

The food is amazing, though it has an Israeli taste. The rooms are nice, and the mikva is beautiful. It’s a good place to stay, very close to the Tzion.

The outdoor tables are really nice, and you can relax here. I’ve been here a few days and the food and service have both been the best. Everything is fine, and I’m sure you’ll want to come back.
