Amsterdam Hotel

I keep coming back year after year, and I still recognize some of the staff and chefs. It seems the owner puts effort into training and keeping employees. The roast beef is really tender, with a delicious sauce. I've often had the hummus with chicken liver, and the berry smoothie is amazingly good. It's one of my favorite restaurants, with prices about average for the better restaurants in Odessa.

The restaurant downstairs is open 24/7, and the food is incredible. I had some of the best sushi and oysters I've ever eaten there, and the cocktails are top quality. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The hotel is beautiful and convenient, right in the heart of the old city, with design and decor that speak for themselves. It'll be my first choice whenever I return to Odessa. Thank you!

We sat outside under the lovely lights, and the atmosphere was really nice. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The service was excellent too, with waiters always ready to help. It was my birthday, and they brought out a cake and kept wishing me well. Great place, highly recommend!

The English menu was clear and well translated, and the Amsterdam dessert was amazing. Service was quick, cheerful, and courteous, the food was fantastic, and the jazz and Sinatra made for nice, relaxing music. Worth coming back more than once! I'd skip the burgers, though. I've never had a good burger in Ukraine, so that part isn't unusual.
