It’s quiet and clean, with decent prices and a roomy queen bed room. The tourist area and restaurants are close, though the beach is far away. Beds are firm and supportive, and the cleaning lady works like a beast. Staff have typical Ukrainian customer service. There are free slippers and filtered water, but no free toiletries or breakfast. The safe is solid, though a typical size. The AC works like a horse, and its remote isn’t broken. The small fridge was empty, and the TV had no English channels. The room looks a little outdated, but for the price that’s no big deal. They take credit cards, the front desk is open 24/7, and the front door gets locked after midnight. The room key is obnoxious.

The receptionist was such a kind, helpful woman. She let us check in early and leave our luggage after checkout. The hotel itself was great, clean, and safe, and it’s near the city center. Thanks for everything :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel has the basics at a great price, and you can easily walk to Old town, the shopping centre, museum, and restaurants nearby. Thanks again.

The common area smelled like sewer, and the place was dirty, super noisy, and they didn't clean. We left early and fortunately they refunded me.

The rooms are big, though dated. It’s a city hotel that’s alright for a night or two, especially with the excellent prices.
