The balconies are only a few meters from the sea, and the rooms are clean with extra linens provided. The customer service is superb, though the hotel feels a little outdated to me. The internet was poor and couldn’t handle video calls.

The reception service was rude, and they initially didn’t want to refund us. After seeing the room, they did give our money back. We couldn’t stay more than 15 minutes. The room was awful. The shower looked like it belonged in a hotel that had been open for 20 years, not less than a year. The curtains were dirty and had burn marks, suggesting people had smoked beside them. The wardrobe didn’t seem to have been cleaned before we checked in. We found someone else’s socks and a plastic bag inside. The bed was the worst part. It’s disgusting for a hotel to keep things like that in use. The hotel is at Lanzheron beach, in the worst part of it, right next to a public toilet, an ugly Soviet-style bar that looks decades old, and a swampy area with old boats and small machinery. The surrounding grounds weren’t clean either. There were beer bottles, plastic bags, and dirty sunbeds that seemed to belong to the hotel. Calling this a design hotel doesn’t make it one. I honestly don’t know why it exists or who would want to spend even one night there.

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is really nice, and the hotel sits right on the beach. The nightguard’s behavior, though, made me feel less well looked after in terms of customer service.

We booked a standard room and a superior room, but they were identical, so we paid extra for nothing. I’d still recommend the hotel overall, just be aware that the standard room doesn’t differ from the superior.
