Ekaterina II

The suite was large and spacious, and the location was excellent. Staff were supportive and spoke English. There was parking in the interior courtyard, with video surveillance. The heating ran at full power for a night, but still wasn't enough to warm the suite.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, very clean and comfortable, and the price including breakfast is great. All the receptionists are professional, helpful, friendly, and wonderful women. Two of them, alex and Marisa, are beautiful as models and reminded me of women from fairy tales, with a princess and castle, except they're real and work here. This hotel has the most ginger receptionists in the world, three of them! Alexander, who works in the restaurant, speaks good English and seems like a Hollywood actor. He's a very nice and emotionally clever man. Five stars, this hotel is in my heart. Congrats to all the staff, the manager, and the owner.

The lobby is on the fourth floor, which is unusual, but there's an elevator from the ground floor. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, always ready for questions or to offer assistance. The rooms are on the small side but extremely clean and modern, with an ensuite shower and air conditioning. There's a restaurant serving a good breakfast. I'd most definitely stay again.

The women at the desk were really nice and helpful, and the price was acceptable. Katerina II is well located in Odessa, next to Potemkin Stairs and nice restaurants. One star off because the fridge in my room didn't work, even after I complained. Breakfast was only à la carte, with no buffet.
