The view is breathtaking, and the pool stays open from morning until 23:00. The place is nice, though it’s in the “private” part of the city and the green fences make it hard to find at first. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace and costs 150 uah, paid separately on site. The food is good, with local dishes and medium-sized portions. Anything else is available only if you request it in advance.

I’m sorry, that wasn’t what I meant. I actually felt welcome, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is good, clean, and close to everything, so I’m very happy with it. My only complaint is that the staff don’t speak English.
