The worst experience ever. We were charged for damage to the curtains in room 1013, even though none of us smoke and we didn’t damage them. There was no discussion and no proof. I’d never rent a room here again.

The location is perfect, and the supermarket is really good. Still, the area doesn’t feel cozy because there aren’t many different shops. It could use more coffee houses and small restaurants. I think Gagarin plaza could be made more lively.

There’s a grocery store and cinema, plus a food court for a quick meal. The mall has plenty of what you’d expect, including clothes, shoes, home decor, kids’ items, electronics, and more. It’s well connected to the city center by trolleybus and trams, and there’s customer parking too.

I had breakfast at Tradica, the hash brown with salmon and a poached egg was really nice. They have English menus, and the waiter working when I visited spoke English well.

Remember to exchange money somewhere in the city center before coming to Gagrin Plaza. The rate here is very low. Otherwise, it’s a nice place, and the COVID prevention protocol is in place, so it feels safe to walk and play if you wear a face mask. Take care.
