We stay in different hotels often, so we have plenty to compare it with. What stood out right away was the air conditioning already running when we arrived in the unbearable heat. The room was roomy, with a panoramic view and blackout curtains, and had everything we needed, from dishes and a water heater to plenty of toiletries and shower gel. The bed was large and comfortable. It's also a very convenient spot, just a 3-minute walk to Ibiza. Parking is beneath the building, with an elevator that goes straight down. They gave us a key fob, so we could park whenever we wanted. Highly recommend it!

The evening lights in the houses across the way looked lovely through the huge windows. You can't see the sea, but the curtains were great, and the room itself was stylish, clean, fresh, and everything worked. The price felt very affordable for a room like that. My friend and I stayed three nights, and the admins were so nice and responsive. We arrived a few hours early and, for a small fee, they let us check in straight away. Our first phone conversation had already left a pleasant impression. I wanted to come back to Odessa, and now I know where I'll stay.

We had such a happy first trip to Odessa, and the apartments were a big part of it. They were about a 10-minute walk from the sea, with huge panoramic windows and a lovely view both day and night. Inside, we had everything we needed: a fridge, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, microwave, air conditioning, two towels per person, shower gel, and slippers. There wasn't a stove, but the staff could provide a portable one with pans or pots if asked. They were very polite and friendly. A young man welcomed us and explained everything clearly. We arrived a bit earlier than planned, and they let us check in when we wanted for a small extra fee. I highly recommend it, and hope we can come back to Genua again.

We needed a one-bedroom apartment that could really fit four people, and this one worked out wonderfully. The renovation was excellent, the photos matched what we found, and there were no catches. The location was perfect. They happily let us check in early at a time that suited us. Great vacation, thank you! If we return, we'll choose this apartment again. The price matches the quality.
