We had a very pleasant stay. The beach access and cable car ride to it were included, as was a very good breakfast. Food and pool were good too. The staff were friendly and did all they could to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Their English was only so-so, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The area is great, and the sea is only five to seven minutes down the hill. The hotel includes free entry to the beach and pool. Service was excellent, the food was tasty, and our room was clean. Really nice hotel, recommend it!

This isn't a party place, and it's not for anyone looking for a place to spend time with a "lady of the night." What you do get is a clean room, new furniture, a good bathroom, a work table, and free WiFi. The price also includes access to the hydromassage pool, the hotel's own beach area, breakfast, and two ropeway tickets per person each day. The restaurant is pretty good and reasonably priced. My one complaint is that the parking area is tiny.

Our room was spacious, and the hotel was clean with helpful staff. Having a cable car down to the seaside is handy. The city center is a bit far to walk to, so you'll need a cab or Uber to get there.

We stayed on 1.9.2020 and found the hotel closer to four or five stars than three. Staff were excellent and attentive, from reception to the room maid, and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was excellent too. Tickets for the ropeway to the beach and the beach club were included. The hotel itself isn't on the beach, but it's no more than ten minutes away. Parking was a little cramped, and rooms facing franz.bld got rather noisy at night with the windows open. I'd definitely choose this hotel again!
