Hotel «ALARUS LUXE»

I paid for four nights but left after three. The manager said at first that refunding the unused night would be no problem and that I'd get the money at checkout. At checkout, I was told it would be sent to my bank account instead. It never arrived, and the hotel didn't reply when I wrote to them.

The location made getting around easy: the central bus station, Pryvoz bazaar, Deribasovskaya street, Athena center, Seaside park, and other popular spots were all within walking distance. Breakfast was great too. I stayed for five days in winter, and the rooms were warm. My suite was amazing, with a bedroom and a guest room, each with its own bath and WC. Everything was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept really well. I've found my place to stay in Odesa.

I spent two months in a row at Hotel Alarus Luxe and had a memorable stay. It's clean and tidy, with a good breakfast and kind, friendly staff. Getting to markets, restaurants, a park, a church, and Odessa's well-known tourist spots was easy from there.

The rooms were pretty clean, the service was good, and the view from the rooftop restaurant on the 5th floor was nice. I had a good time here. One thing was a pain, though: you can't charge devices or watch TV unless the room lights are on.
