We booked Otrada for our wedding week, with 40 guests, and the management and staff supported us brilliantly throughout. After searching for group accommodation for ages, we paid a little more than we'd planned, but it was worth it. In Odessa, the level of care felt like a refreshing change. I'm a Hilton diamond Member and travel regularly, and this stay was second to none. We had an amazing time. Keep it up!

I was reluctant to think any hotel could match the service at my favorite, the Swiss Hotel in Lviv, Ukraine, but Hotel Otrada belongs in the same company. Olga at the front desk deserves a special mention. She looked after everything from my arrival through checkout and made the stay wonderful. Every staff member was courteous. The hotel is clean, breakfast is great, and the internet was fast and dependable. It's a short walk to the beach, or you can take their electric buggy. They provide beach towels, and down there you'll find a restaurant, pubs, takeaway snacks and bike rentals. There's also a good hiking and biking trail just downhill from the hotel. I picked this boutique hotel in Odessa in May and June 2021 because it was close to the beach and had mostly five-star reviews. I was very happy with it. The center is a bit away, but you can walk there if you like, or take an easy Uber or cab ride. The train station has a good market for food, spices and similar things, also within a short walk. If you're mainly after bars downtown, you might want to stay there instead. I wanted the beach, a chance to exercise and some distance from the noise in the center. I didn't want to leave, and I look forward to coming back.

The apartments are spacious, but they sit above the swimming pool at the hotel next door. It's a really noisy setting, with pool parties, children yelling until 11 pm, and people drinking.

Just 30 rooms in this boutique-style Hotel Otrada, and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, the service excellent. I'd highly recommend it.
