We especially liked being so central, since we didn't need a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. The hotel was clean and convenient, and the staff and owners were sweet and polite. The rooms are small, but had everything we needed, so that was fine. There's a proper shared kitchen too, which meant we could cook instead of eating out all the time. It met all our expectations.

The welcome was warm, and everyone treated us politely with a smile. We were very happy with our stay and will come back, and recommend it to friends. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh, with a huge, soft bed and excellent renovation. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the location right in the city center was convenient. The price was great too.

The owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and they didn't rush us out right at checkout time. It felt like visiting relatives. The room is cramped, but at this price and with such a location, that hardly matters. It's quiet in the courtyard of a residential building, though it doesn't show up on maps. Deribasovskaya is a block away and TRC Afina is just around the corner. The location is five stars. Everything is very clean and constantly cleaned. The room has towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. There's also a shared kitchen where you can cook whatever you like.
