The location is great, and the staff were friendly. When the hotel’s water supply unexpectedly shut off for several hours, they brought us a bucket of water. They also let us use the kitchen tables to eat after checkout. But the family room with a kitchen was really an old apartment. It smelled of smoke throughout, and there was dust and greasy dirt everywhere, including on the floors and other surfaces. There was nowhere to hang jackets by the entrance or towels in the bathroom. I had to go to the nearest supermarket for vacuum hooks and cleaning supplies just to make the room livable. The furniture was old, dirty and mismatched, as if it had been picked up from the street on recycling day. Next time I’d choose another hotel.

The staff were helpful whenever I needed them. It’s a decent, clean hotel, and the central Odesa location makes it good value.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and I’d happily come back. My economy room had its own entrance and a refrigerator, which was a nice surprise. It’s a cozy little place right in the heart of Odessa, and I recommend it.

The room was unbelievably tiny and smelled bad, and it looked nothing like the photos. The rear entrance off the main street felt really creepy, and there was no free parking. The hotel manager was so rude. I didn’t feel safe here.
