In July 2024, our family of three, including a child under three, booked six nights. Beforehand we called through a middleman and asked about the electricity and water problems because we had a small child. They said things were fine apart from the power cuts happening across Ukraine. The electricity was on when we arrived, but none of the appliances worked properly because the voltage was only 140V. After three miserable days, we checked out. Nobody refunded the last three nights; we were simply told that if we wanted to leave, we could. Make your own conclusions, fellow travelers.

We had a relaxing time here, and the owner was hospitable and quick to sort out any questions. I’d recommend the cottage for a quiet stay. The cottages are fairly close to the sea. Steps take you down to the beach, where the sand is coarse and the water clean. The cottage was clean, with no mold in the shower, and the bathroom water didn’t smell of hydrogen sulfide. It had everything needed for cooking, including a grill, skewers, and a grate. There didn’t seem to be regular housekeeping. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our week, but a bucket, mop, dustpan, and broom were provided so we could do it ourselves.
