The made-to-order breakfast is magnificent. You must try the cheese pancakes, oooolala! Acadia/Ibiza is less than a 10-minute walk downhill. The staff were all so friendly and responsive, you’d think you were their boss. Kudos to Irina, Marina, Emma, Sasha, and the blonde housekeeper whose name I never got. For the money, this is the finest hotel in all Arcadia/Odessa. The luxury suite was pristine, with dreamy comfortable bedding, lots of room, a spa bath for two, and a roomy terrace. Room 303 is highly recommended. There’s a lot of construction around the hotel, but with the windows closed, you wouldn’t know it.

A well-priced villa in a convenient spot. Parking is available, though space is limited and needs to be booked ahead. They also offer a good breakfast and have a pool.

The hotel itself is fine, but the 25-floor concrete construction site behind it is a problem. It’s also a bit of a hike to the beach.
