Vulik Hotel

Everything was clean and tidy, both around the hotel and in the rooms, which had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the sea, with incredible views. There’s plenty to do on the grounds too, including the pool, chess, badminton, and volleyball. Most of all, the owners are pleasant and really care about guests’ comfort.

It was so quiet and peaceful when we stayed last year, since we were the only guests for a few days. They let us park our motorcycles right outside our room. The grounds are green and cozy, and the outdoor kitchen was a real treat. The cafe was closed because of quarantine, so we made our own breakfasts there. The hostess was very approachable and welcoming. I think we’ll come back: we never got to try the cafe, and nearby food options are bleak, so having that kitchen really saved us.

I can’t say much about the hotel itself, but its grounds are clean and well kept, with outdoor barbecues. It’s gated, so strangers can’t come in. The hotel is right by the road, next to a store and cafe, and five minutes from the sea. There’s also a pharmacy on site. In summer it’s open 24 hours; in winter and fall it’s open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They almost always have the medicines you need, and the knowledgeable pharmacists are happy to help.

The rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, TVs, and refrigerators. The hotel is reasonably priced and offers good service, and the cafeteria is excellent, with delicious food. There’s a pharmacy on site too, though the pharmacists aren’t very knowledgeable.
