For the price, this hotel is really good value. You get your own room with a view over Alexandria village, and the staff are friendly. The toilet isn’t in the room, but there was nobody else on the floor, so the bathroom felt semi-private. I recommend it to anyone coming to Alexandria.

We were just passing through and stayed one night in a room for four, arriving late. We were greeted at 19.45. The room was spacious and clean, with what looked like a fairly recent renovation. The linen and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom had heated floors. There was hot water from a boiler, and the room was heated with an air conditioner. Breakfast can be ordered from the restaurant "Budinok Pishchevycha" for delivery to the room. We passed on that and went to the restaurant ourselves.
For a budget stay, this worked really well. The room had all the necessary furniture, plus cups, tea, sugar, and Wi-Fi. It was clean, the staff were helpful, and there was a shared toilet and shower with hot water around the clock. A kettle on the floor meant we could make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. They met us at 10:00 PM and gave us a good portable lamp. The train and bus stations are only a 5-10-minute taxi ride away. I’m very happy with the service, five stars.
We stayed a couple of days in what they call a suite, for about 1200 UAH. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff were polite, friendly, and nice. There was some renovation work in the common areas, but it didn’t bother us during the stay. Breakfast was delicious and interesting. I liked everything.
