Clean and warm, with hot water and a TV. Good location and good staff.

The towels were worn out and dirty, and there was a strong tobacco smell in the room that made staying there uncomfortable. I hope the administration addresses these issues and improves the conditions for guests.

I paid 900 UAH per day and stayed alone for a few days. The place is clean and tidy, though there are a few small, barely noticeable stains on the walls. Since plans can change at any moment, I paid day by day and couldn't stay one night. If you're planning to stay for a couple of days, book the place for those days in advance. It has all the amenities, so I recommend it.

For the price and quality, 👍 We took two rooms for 900 UAH/day, and private parking in the yard was 50 UAH. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was clean bedding and towels, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a warm blanket, and air conditioning.

A good, simple hotel with taste. The staff are very responsible, thank you.
