What a nightmare this last visit was. We'd come here for years and always loved the food, hotel, and especially the sauna, but this time we booked a couple of hours in the sauna and it was freezing. Management ignored our complaints. The manager said the heating was on until 11 PM and wouldn't run after that, even though our booking was from midnight to 2 AM. The pool was cold and extremely dirty, with leaves left by previous guests and some sort of greasy film. It was disgusting, and the staff had time to clean it. There wasn't a hairdryer either. We were told it had been taken to a room and never brought back, so we had to go outside with wet hair. We've never had an experience like this before. We used to leave happy and keen to return. What a waste of time and money, and we left disappointed and in a bad mood. It feels like the owner cares only about money, not guests' comfort. I'll never go back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I liked the place. There's a large warm pool with hydromassage and lights, plus a smaller cold pool that's great after the steam room. You also get a steam room, sauna, shower, restroom, and a big wooden table. Prices are 200-400 UAH. Go, you won't regret it.

We went to the sauna back in 2020, so things may have changed since then. The large pool had huge windows beside it, and when we asked for warm water because we had children with us, they did make it warm. The changing room was narrow and uncomfortable, with no locker, and our things got damp. The shower had no door, which was hard to understand. The furniture wasn't great either: there was only a small table and no sofa to sit and relax.

The pool is big, clean, and warm, with enough room to swim, dive, or do a water bomb. Then you can warm up in the sauna or steam room. In the evening the lights make the pool look lovely and romantic ❤️ Great for a group or the whole family, including kids aged 3 and up!!!
