Apartment Smart

We were really happy with the apartment. Having a separate entrance meant privacy and comfort, and everything had been organized ahead of time, so we didn't need to contact the owner. The room had what we needed, including clean linens, towels, and disposable hygiene kits. The kitchen was stocked with spices, a toaster, microwave, and all the little things that make a stay easier. Everything suited us. We recommend it! 🌟

The location is great, and I liked the room. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. It was quick and easy to get in touch with the owner. I recommend it.

These smart apartments are clean and comfortable, and work well for 2-4 people staying a few days. The house is in the middle of a private residential area, but the center is close enough to walk to easily. The kitchen has the necessary dishes and appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. There's free, unlimited Wi-Fi, though it's quite slow, and a SmartTV that swivels to the angle you want. The main downsides I noticed were poor sound insulation, since I could hear every word from noisy neighbors at night even though they were just talking loudly, and a shower faucet that regulates the water strangely. One nice little touch is the lighting on the outside walls of the house. It's not useful, but it looks pretty))) I'd definitely recommend it.

A friend recommended this place, and I was welcomed warmly with no contact. Leaving was handled the same way. The navigation marker points to the actual location, and the price is affordable. It's conveniently placed if you want to stay longer and see the local sights. The space is very limited, though, and more than two people could feel cramped. All the appliances worked; the TV might have needed adjusting, but I never got around to it. The shower head is big enough for an adult and child to shower comfortably. It gets hotter upstairs than downstairs, and ventilation is a bit limited by the small second-floor vent, so it's probably best not to get sick there. There’s a spacious closet by the entrance, plus an ironing board, iron, and dishes. The shower is well made and simple, though its odd asymmetrical brown pattern doesn't really fit the design. The stairs aren't suitable for children under 3. Decorative lengthwise cracks on the steps add to the old-time feel and remind you that life is fleeting. The internet is the best I've ever had in a rental.
