The price can't be beaten, and I slept perfectly. It's a basic Intourist hotel, originally for international tourists in Soviet times, with major repairs in the 2000s. It's quiet and has lots of secure parking.

This is a review for Miss Twist at 1834 US-40, Havre De Grace, MD 21078. The workers were really nice, and the ice cream was really good, though not the best.

The parking lot was poorly lit, and I felt unwelcome. The staff seemed rather rude to me.

The price is low and the place is modest, but things are as described. Help from the staff can take a while, though you do get the result in the end.
