The SPA and pool were great, but they’re in a different hotel 😡. There are only two EV charging spots, too. The WiFi password is outdated, and the air conditioner’s IR remote was out of charge.

The food at the restaurant in Arena Apart Hotel was tasty, but the service left me disappointed. My dumplings arrived without the cracklings I’d ordered. When I mentioned it, the waiter spent quite a while searching the menu for dumplings without cracklings, then couldn’t find them. There was no apology or explanation afterward. It wasn’t really about whether the dish had cracklings or whether it was on the menu. If a hotel and restaurant present themselves as high-end, mistakes like this shouldn’t happen. And when they do, someone should at least explain what went wrong. After that service, I didn’t feel like leaving a tip.

The breakfast was tasty and had enough variety for different tastes, and the location made getting around easy. We found the room clean, comfortable, stylish, and equipped with what we needed to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive from the start, and check-in was quick. They took care of the small details, too. We left with lovely impressions and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

Masha, the manager, deserves a special thank you. My husband and I had a lovely stay, with friendly, attentive staff and clean, comfortable rooms. They were cleaned every day. We’ll definitely come back ❤️
