The shower barely had any water pressure. It came out as a trickle and kept switching between hot and cold, so with three children and +35 degrees, we couldn’t wash them properly. The way out to the yard was locked because the lock was broken, and they said they wouldn’t fix it. We’d specifically chosen a house with a terrace. The kitchen furniture was shabby, with sagging fronts, and there was no soap in the bathroom or toilet. The kitchen had some, but it was diluted. Honestly, it was awful. Do the owners think the views make up for all this? In response to the owner's comment, I’ll say that it’s no holiday treat to wait for water repairs with children. They knew about the issue and could’ve fixed it between check-ins instead of waiting for calls and arguments. Also, please clarify when and under what conditions a refund was offered. Right after we contacted your manager or whoever he is, we were told there’d be no refund and we could go wherever we wanted. Such a “polite” way to treat guests. The one-star rating is fully deserved.

The views are unreal, and the place is spotless, with a tidy area outside and crisp, clean linen. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the host for helping us find our way.

We were four people sharing a two-story room, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It had two separate bedrooms, a living room, a big kitchen with a dining area, and a balcony and gazebo. The apartment was cozy and clean, with a lovely view. Shops and a market are close by, and there’s parking in the courtyard.

The double room had a comfortable bed, its own kitchen and a private veranda. We also had a beautiful view out the window. There’s a village nearby where you can buy groceries and milk.
