Sadyba u Romana

Three families shared a log cabin at "At Roman's" garden, right in the heart of Polyana. The hosts were very welcoming, and the house stayed warm with wood heating and heated floors. They even heated the sauna for us at no charge. Downstairs there’s a large room with a big kitchen, sauna, and bathroom. Upstairs are two smaller rooms, each with a bathroom and one kitchen. Beside the cabin is a fully enclosed gazebo with a large barbecue, great for a cozy meal outside. Katerina Hotel, with its ski slope and pump room, is nearby, and there’s a grocery shop across the street. Everything’s close and convenient. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and peaceful, and really cozy)) The house is warm, the floors are heated, and the beds are comfortable. There’s even a sauna inside. It feels homey and comfortable. We highly recommend Roman's garden))) A lovely place to relax and recharge 😊

We rented the whole house at Roman’s from April 3, 2021 to April 10, 2021, and it worked great for a group. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sauna that costs an extra 300 UAH. The house was 1,500 UAH per night. The yard has two barbecue gazebos, one covered and one open, and a mountain river runs just beyond the fence. There are lots of shops and cafes nearby. I’d recommend it for a group getaway.

We picked a room on the second floor with a kitchen, which had everything we needed: a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, fridge, hob, kettle, toilet, and shower. There’s also a balcony with a table and chairs for coffee. The house is right in the village centre, which was handy, though it was hard to find on arrival because there’s no sign. The pump room with mineral water is 2.4 km from Sunny Transcarpathia. We were struck by the fresh air, the scenery, and how friendly the townspeople were. A wonderful vacation.
