The hosts were friendly and diligent, and helped whenever we needed anything. There’s a shared kitchen with everything to use, plus a barbecue area. Our room had its own bathroom, and the towels and bedding were bright white. Clean rooms, a great location, and free parking made for a lovely family stay. We walked to Polyansky Resort, and shops are close by too. We’ll be back to thank the hosts again.

We stayed in winter and were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and service. The hotel is only a few minutes on foot from the ski lift, which was very convenient. It was a lovely family holiday, and I imagine summer would be nice as well, with gazebos, a barbecue and a river nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed with friends at Mili’s place at the end of April 2023, and we all liked it. The hosts were friendly, the room was clean, and it came with towels, soap and a hair dryer. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed. There’s a lovely mountain view, with the river and shops close by. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The kitchen was dirty, and all the dishes had sticky stains on them. There was no toilet paper, the furniture was broken, and the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned at all. We even found someone else’s underwear under the bed.
