The room was nice and fairly comfortable, with a kettle, fridge, microwave, plates, and cups. The location was good, though the walls are thin and we could hear noisy guests next door. Water pressure was weak, and the hotel wouldn’t or couldn’t help print our bus tickets, even though we needed printed tickets to board buses in Ukraine. There’s a PC at reception, but they still couldn’t print a simple document. Reception was always locked, and although cleaners were around, they didn’t speak English and came across as cold and unhelpful. The person who checked us in was nice, and one small guy spoke a little English. Finding the entrance was confusing too: it’s at the back of the building. We saw the sign up top and went in, but a woman told us to walk down the street and said “three.” We didn’t understand, since she didn’t speak English, and walked up the road for 40 minutes wondering what she meant. We later realized she was directing us to the back and up to the third floor. Please improve some of the services, especially for foreign guests.
