OK Hotel

Really nice.

I wouldn’t recommend it. We booked a room in advance, and when we asked, they said dogs were allowed. The day before we arrived, we checked again and were told they’d changed their mind, dogs weren’t allowed, and they were canceling our booking. It caused us a lot of inconvenience.

We were really pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. Everything was great!

The staff were very friendly and stayed in touch while we drove from Poland, checking where we were and waiting for us. Booking.com showed no rooms, but I called the hotel and they confirmed one was available and booked it for me. We arrived just before curfew; they waited and left a parking spot right below the windows, without us even asking. That was such a nice surprise. The room had what we needed, including hot water from its own boiler, face, shower, and foot towels, and disposable slippers. There was no kettle in the room, but they boiled water when we asked and brought it up within five minutes. The shared fridge is at reception. I was a little worried the room was half a floor below ground, but everything was fine. Thanks for the very friendly service!
