The way guests are treated is unclear, and the conditions are very mediocre.

On my first night I had to find somewhere else to sleep. The receptionist shut the door at 22:00, and even after I knocked for more than 30 minutes, nobody opened it. The girl at reception also didn’t provide good service and seemed like she hated her job. What kind of place and service is this?

The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were nice, and the location was perfect. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The Wi-Fi was bad, and the English language customer service wasn’t very good.
