The cottages sit high up in the mountains, surrounded by greenery, and the location is wonderful. We liked it so much that we'll come again.

The views are amazing, and the rooms are comfortable, with clean bedding and thorough housekeeping. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Our only issues were that the kitchen is downstairs in the basement and was extremely cold until we turned on the radiators, and that firewood cost 100 UAH, which felt far too expensive. We've never paid that much for firewood.

I arrived on September 11, 2021, and the room was cold because the heating hadn't been switched on ahead of time. It was turned off again after one day, and the room was still unheated on September 13, 2021. In the fall, a warm room matters a lot, and that wasn't available here. There are outlets beside only one of the beds.

The cottage's location was a plus, and they didn't charge us extra for arriving late or checking out late. Still, I came away with a very odd impression. The cottage with a sauna looked nothing like the photos on Instagram and the website, and wasn't modern at all. The owner's way of counting guests was strange, since, according to them, everyone should sleep in double beds. Despite several reminders, they never brought the single bed. I also don't understand why we had to pay 500 UAH for the sauna that was already in our cottage, when that charge hadn't been mentioned anywhere. The tap water smelled like sewage, so we brushed our teeth with bottled water. I'd look for somewhere more comfortable.
