Nikoletta

We found it peaceful here, even though the beach, shops, and cafes are close by. Our room was roomy, clean, and cozy, and it was cleaned well every day. The sheets and towels were changed every other day. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help. We had a very positive stay at Nikoletta and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to anyone who values comfort, coziness, and genuine hospitality.

The pools were lovely, and the staff were attentive and always ready to answer questions. I really enjoyed my vacation at Nicoletta. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was wonderful. If you're after a comfortable, quality stay, I'd recommend staying at Nicoletta!

The spa was very good and clean, and the cleaners were like nurses. The different saunas were useful too, along with the children's pool and the large outdoor pool, which was heated. The restaurant girls served us very well, and breakfast was decent with options to choose from. I stayed at the end of August 2025. The Deluxe room was neatly furnished and had a tidy toilet, but the refrigerator was like a shaheed and made it impossible to sleep. In four nights, they never cleaned the room or changed the towels, only took out the rubbish. The towels had nowhere to dry because the dryers don't work without heating. The center was 3.5 km away, a 40-minute walk along the highway, sometimes without bumpers. Reception was zero. When I asked where the mosquito nets were, I was told there were no mosquitoes, even though huge ones were flying around. The person didn't even look up from the phone. So-so.

We stayed with my wife and our pet, and the room was spacious, nice, and clean. The grounds and pools were clean too, and there was free parking. Everything was great, including the room service. The restaurant food was good and tasty. Thanks to Galina for the service there, and special thanks to the staff and to the lovely, friendly Nicoletta, who manages the hotel. We recommend it!
