The location is good, but the room is noisy and you can hear everything all day and night. I went down to the restaurant, but after waiting 20 minutes without even getting a menu, I left without trying it.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the customer service was really poor. My wife and I booked a deluxe room for two nights five days ahead, along with the sauna, and invited friends to join us. At check-in, we were told our sauna reservation had gone to guests who apparently spent more money. They offered us $2.00 off the room, so we left and won't be back. I've stayed here on every visit to Sumy, spent a lot of money here, and even had my wedding here in July 2019. This happened on 11/22/2019. If you book, just hope someone who spends more doesn't take your reservation.

It's always warm and comfortable here, with good service. The menu is close to home-style cooking, nothing outlandish, but the food's quality and presentation are much better than what I make at home. I always enjoy coming back.

The menu is available in English, and some of the waiters understand English too. The atmosphere is lovely, and the food is delicious. A very nice restaurant.
