I booked a day ahead and told them I'd be arriving at 3 a.m. When I got to the motel, nobody answered the phone or opened the door, so I had to spend the night at the nearby Okko gas station.

If you've got nowhere else to spend the night, you can come here. It feels more like a hotel dormitory, with doors banging, footsteps and people talking all around you, day and night. The plumbing doesn't work, and the bed feels like a ladder. Sleeping on what feels like planks is rough.

The motel gives you fair quality for the price. It's a shame some so-called experts photographed the trash-filled yard next door, which has nothing to do with SevenStars Motel. You can't pick your neighbors, or your inappropriate experts.

They call this a motel, but it feels like a hostel, and there isn't even a proper sign, just one saying MOTEL. I arrived at night and couldn't get anyone on the phone because it was switched off. The older short-haired woman at reception was rude, and so was the manager. I booked a single room, but was told I'd have to pay extra for a second bed if I wanted to sleep alone. Otherwise, they said they'd put someone else in my room. The manager said he could do me a favor and leave me there alone, then insisted I was wrong. The booking terms for this shared room don't say anything about that. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of you. Unbelievable, like the Soviet era.

The photos show the place as it really is, and the hotel is fair for its price. You get what you pay for. I appreciate the honesty and give it a 5.
