Sofia, the only girl we could find, was at the bar, in the kitchen, and at reception, trying hard to make things right. Sofia, get out of there! We paid 5400 UAH for a room for three, two adults and a child, and it absolutely wasn't worth it. It was a cold room where we sat in fur coats, with drafty windows. In the evening there was no staff around, except for one poor uncle who started taping the windows in front of us. That's a farce, not service. The spa we booked wasn't working in the evening because there was “no light.” In the morning, we found out the jacuzzi and steam rooms only get switched on when the owners arrive. Guests are treated with complete disregard. The whole place felt chaotic, disrespectful, and badly managed. I definitely don't recommend it. Avoid this establishment if you don't want your vacation ruined.

We spent our birthday here and got a lovely surprise from the hotel, fruit and cake. The grounds are green and well kept, with parking, and the location is excellent. Service was high quality, breakfast was delicious, and the spa was a pleasant surprise: the pool, saunas, hammam, and jacuzzi were all working. There’s also a reception area, doctor consultations, and a wide choice of cosmetic treatments. The rooms could use renovation, but they’re functional. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great spot, the staff are friendly, and the breakfasts are very good. The rooms could be cleaner. In the spa I had to wait for someone to bring towels that were supposed to be clean, though they didn’t smell that way. I tried calling reception, but no one was at their post. It’s a nice hotel, but that kind of service feels more like a 4 out of...

We’ll come back. The food was delicious, and it was clean and comfortable for a break. There’s a strong medical facility, a good spa, and a warm pool. A park is nearby, and there’s a playground on the grounds too. Great for a weekend.

The restaurant service was frankly rude. The rooms are in awful shape, with old fixtures and cracked, yellow toilet seats. The hotel has really hit bottom. If you expect even basic comfort and service, don’t come here. You won’t get either.
