The location is good, the park is lovely, the interior is nice, the pool is big, and the food tasted good. The spa specialists were professional, and the doctors at Medical centre 1 were very helpful. But we won’t be back, and I can’t recommend the place, because the service and the way guests are treated were so bad. The staff didn’t smile, and there was no English information in the rooms about the spa or medical facilities. Hotel managers couldn’t provide this supposedly secret information either. A girl at medical centre 2 was rude. Nobody explained how the facilities worked, which left us uncomfortable, unwelcome and feeling stupid. We didn’t meet anyone who spoke English. They proudly told us guests come from many countries, so why wasn’t the information, including restaurant, bar and spa menus, translated into English? Every day felt like a challenge. They seemed not to respect or trust their guests. Check-out was insulting, as if hotels everywhere treat people like thieves, especially guests who’ve already paid a high price. The spa specialists were professional, but the spa manager wasn’t. Test results and doctors’ prescriptions came only in Ukrainian, with no English translation, so they were unusable for foreigners and our money was wasted. I think this could be a fantastic place for rest and better health if the top management changed and made hospitality and respect a priority.

The mini performances are great, but the hotel price doesn’t match what you get. It’s a little too far from the woods, and the location isn’t great. Check out Three Sons and a Daughter before booking here.

The large grounds are well organized, and the SPA is lovely. It’s a peaceful place that suits families with children and older people. Summers here are cool and humid, which makes for good sleeping at night. Younger, active people might find it boring.

It’s a long way from the town center, and there isn’t much to do unless mineral water or hanging around the spa is your thing. The food is very good, even if it isn’t fancy. Not exactly a hipster spot.
