I arrived in Truskavets without booking ahead, and after checking out several hotels, settled on Villa Yagusia. I'd seen a few places to compare it with, and liked this one a lot. The huge bed and orthopedic mattress were wonderful for my back, and the modern plumbing and renovation were nice. The bathroom has heated floors, and there's a spacious terrace for coffee. They leave 1.5 liters of water per day, plus bathroom cosmetics, slippers, a bathrobe and a safe. The administrators were pleasant, polite and professional. The villa is right in the city centre, close to everything, but with the balcony door closed it wasn't too noisy. The heating and air conditioning kept the room from feeling cold. Breakfast is simple rather than a buffet, and you pick from a few options in the evening. It was enough for me. For an inexpensive cafe, there's "Native Land". I really liked the villa and would recommend it. It works well for couples, solo travelers, or a holiday with adult children.

We had a spacious, bright room with a private terrace, and going out for coffee in the fresh air each morning was a treat. The rooms are clean and cosy, with what you need. Breakfast was tasty, filling and home-cooked, a lovely start to an active day in Truskavets. The villa is well placed near the pump room and main facilities, while still tucked into a cosy spot. The staff were caring and incredibly friendly. From the first minute, we felt like welcome friends, and they handled every request with a smile. Our stay at "Yagusya" left us with warm memories, and it's somewhere we'd like to return. I wholeheartedly recommend it for comfort, service and hospitality.
