Fortuna

I liked everything. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and parking was available in the hotel courtyard. Thank you!

The neighborhood is quiet, with a gas station and two supermarkets nearby. Detz's Tavern is close by too, while the city center is about a 12-minute drive. The owner was very welcoming. I liked the motel, and the room had a refrigerator, electric kettle, TV, and air conditioning. It was clean, with housekeeping every three days. There's secure parking, and pets are allowed for an extra fee.

The staff were friendly, and the owner even let us check in early, which we really appreciated 🤝. We stayed one night as a family. The room was clean, the internet worked well, and there was a refrigerator and kettle.

I canceled my September booking in August, but Hotel Fortuna still hasn't returned my deposit. I paid 495.00 UAH for the one-night reservation on 06/30/23, and today, 09/22/23, they still haven't managed to refund it. They wrote that they don't have my card number. How hard can it be to return that amount? What a poor excuse 😂😂😂 Let the money go toward restoring your “business” after the trouble, because you really are scammers!!!!
